My contact was very professional, charming, and I felt went the extra mile to assist me with my multiple questions. I am now the Very Happy owner of two Beautifully Crafted Bracelets which I Love, and am in the process of ordering a further two! Highly Recommended Company.

From the moment we walked into Johnson’s, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. A special shoutout to Charlotte and Will, who were absolutely amazing in helping me choose the perfect rings. They made me feel so comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my preferences, guiding me through the various styles, stones, and settings. Their expertise and patience really stood out, and they helped me find the most gorgeous rings that exceeded my expectations. Charlotte and Will were both so thoughtful in making sure I felt confident in my choices, and they were always happy to answer my many questions. Johnson’s ring selection was equally impressive and I was able to find a stunning engagement ring and wedding ring that beautifully complement each other. The customer service continued after my purchase with clear communication about resizing, care instructions and the diamond details. I highly recommend Johnson’s to anyone looking for high-quality, beautiful jewellery and outstanding customer service. Mar 18,2025Myself and my partner went to Johnson’s to pick out an engagement and wedding ring recently. From the moment we set foot in the door we were warmly greeted by all staff. We were looked after by Will and Charlotte who picked out some rings for my partner to try on. They offered invaluable advice and knowledge on the styles, jewels and metals used in the rings. This helped my partner make an informed decision and chose two of the rings that were picked out for her. These were sized for her and sent off to be made as part of Johnson’s bespoke service. Thank you to Johnson’s and especially to Charlotte and Will for making this a great experience.

Feb 15,2025Searched the internet for a jewellers to repair wife's wedding ring that been cut off due to an operation. Found Johnsons although 120 miles away looked a very professional service with their own workshop and a long standing 125 years family operation. On contacting them the very helpful phone call I had with them demonstrated what a professional company they are, as a result we decided to have a day out and visit them. The facility in Nuneaton is stunning, on being welcomed by Lee the very warm and personal service he gave us was worth every minute of our two hour journey. With access to their own workshop on site, Lee was able to advise us of all the possible options and costs immediately for the repair of the Wedding ring and possible resizing of the Engagement ring. My wife had also taken a small amount of gold jewellery that she no longer required and this was valued and a very good price was offered for the gold. We will be returning to collect the repair when completed, I would recommend to anyone without hesitation if you want to visit a first class Jeweller, Johnsons Nuneaton should be on your list.

Customer service/communication was excellent from first enquiring about product details and pricing, through to receiving the item, very well packaged and nicely presented via secure next day delivery. I will no doubt be a returning customer to Johnsons Jewellers, highly recommended!

Jan 30,2025In the end I did not keep the ring because the fit wasn't right but the team at Johnsons were really professional, quick to respond to queries and arranged the refund immediately the ring was returned safely. It takes some trust to make online purchases of luxury items but I would have faith in this company and will go back to them.

Jan 04,2025Went into Johnsons yesterday with the intention of having the 2 diamonds in my engagement ring built into an eternity ring and adding to them. We were served by a lovely lady called Julie who was very knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. Her advice was that it would probably cost more having a ring made than buying one. I trusted her advice, tried a few on and settled for a lovely ring which sits and looks lovely next to my wedding ring. Julie also suggested I have my wedding ring resized and I'm so glad I did because I didn't realise what a deep impression it had made in my finger. Another suggestion was that I have my engagement ring resized (I hadn't worn it for years) and wear it on my other hand. My husband also had his wedding ring polished. My eternity ring was not in the sale but without asking they discounted it and resized my rings for a special price. We picked our rings up today and are extremely happy with the results. Dec 07,2024We wanted a specific Rolex watch for my wife and the store did everything they could to get the watch in time for my wife’s birthday We visited late aug and the watch came 1 day after my wife’s birthday Absolutely fantastic great service we felt very special thank you We did visit other Rolex retailers but no one matched the same service or would try and help to the extent that they advised us was that we would probably have to wait upto a couple of years So a big thank you and well done highly recommend definitely be returning
