Jones Heating was founded in 2018 by third generation heating engineer Philip Jones. We are a small family run business that was started with the idea of doing an honest job with care for our customers and at a fair price.
As a local business, we've served central Fife for 5 years installing, servicing and repairing boilers for thousands of happy customers throughout the area.
We specialise in boilers and central heating systems, but we can also complete most general plumbing, heating and gas works in your home
We’re passionate about helping people save money, keep warm and stay safe.

Feb 02,2025Philip came out efficiently when I had an issue with my boiler. He tried to get out the following day however couldn't which was entirely down to my diary and not his so appreciated the effort. Found out the boiler would have been an expensive repair so a new boiler was required. Philip managed to organise the replacement boiler and fit it within a week which was greatly appreciated as I have 2 young kids and had no heating or hot water, Philip also offered heaters in the short term which was nice of him but we already had a couple of heaters so did not take him up on the offer. He also explained clearly the work carried out and the benefits of the boiler options.

We contacted Jones Heating and Philip came out that same day and got our central heating back up and running within 2 hours. Philip was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend and use Jones Heating again.

Jan 14,2025Highly recommend Jones heating. My first meeting with Philip showed he was compassionate about his customers being left happy and if for any reason they weren't he would be there for them. With this and Philips reasonable price we chose him to fit a boiler for us. The communication throughout was A+++++ . He worked long hours to ensure the job was done within the one day. Even done the hoovering while here. Made contact several days later to ensure everything was working as it should. The boiler looks great and works great. Thanks Philip for a professional job at a great price.

Nov 04,2024Philip and his guys replaced our old back boiler and fitted a new combi. Very fairly priced and did an Absolutely amazing job, cannot fault one bit. Everything was well explained, and the team were always polite and helpful. They were clean and considerate (despite me telling them on multiple occasions they didn't have to worry). They went above and beyond to get us set up with heating and hot water. He even returned at a later date to change an extension pipe so the colour would match as it wasn't in stock when he fitted it originally, and took the time to change a leaky trv whilst he was here! Would highly recommend them, and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you for doing such a great job.

The quality of the work was high, located the problem easily, explained the costs associated with the repair. Completed the job there and then, explaining to me how my boiler systems worked and the override ability. We sought other quotes, however, and in addition to word of moth references, Philip shone through both in price and his knowledge. Feb 18,2025They arrived as expected, very friendly and polite, efficient workers, cleaned up behind themselves. This sounds like what you should expect, and is not a big deal, but rarely what you get, so I was very pleased!
