Jun 25,2024Mein Kinderwagen quitscht. Keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich weder per Email noch Instagram. Man wird ignoriert. Nie wieder. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich bereue den Kauf zutiefst. Nachtrag: Ich habe auf Garantie ein neues Gestell bekommen.

Jun 17,2024Lösungsorientierung und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Der Versand mit UPS ist wie immer nicht zufriedenstellend. Sie liefern sehr selten bis zur Tür, meistens kommen sie nicht vorbei und lassen das Paket bei einem Abholgeschäft. Ohne Auto müsste man mit zusätzlichen Transportkosten rechnen.
