Jan 13,2025I had a fantastic experience with Jordans Wood Flooring from start to finish. Wayne was amazing to help choosing between engineered wood and laminate. Based on my previous poor experience with engineered wood from another supplier, and upon encouragement from Wayne, I decided for a beautiful oak laminate floor. The price was very competitive, the product beautiful (you cannot distinguish it from wood). I also booked the fitting with Jordans Wood Flooring as they were significantly more competitive than any other quote. The fitter teams was extremely nice, and went out of their way to make everything look beautiful. A all star team. THANK YOU !!

Jun 24,2024Edit: look at the reply from the company, that tells you a thing or two about them. They wanted to remove this review but Trust pilot ruled this as legitimate, which it is. You need to pray you won't get into issue with them otherwise they will just keep denying as shown here. Good luck! Overpriced products. The staff are rude especially the driver. He just blocked my drive while I am leaving for the school run. I asked if he can let me out first he shrugged his shoulder and said "not my problem do you want the flooring or not?" Not going to use them again.

Such a lovely experience. John was knowledgeable and answered all are questions. Definitely recommend. Always good to experience great customer service and support. Thank you John.

Jun 28,2023I went to the Croydon branch. They took payments without survey of your flat. While the work is going on and it's too late for you to change your mind, they throw you all the surprises of the extra parts not included in the initial quote! I paid for the floor panels & the installation thinking it'll cover the whole project. They did not mention a survey of my flat to actually understand the situation. The work started and the nasty surprises began: Surprise 1 Wooden floor under the carpet, extra £260 to remove them. Also extra 1 day of delay! Surprise 2 Oh you need angle bars & end bars. £174 (When you produced the quote, didnt you know I'll need these for the wardrobes? Is this your first day in this business?!) Surprise 3 Oh you need to cut your door. £200! They took my payment without caring about understanding the situation of my flat for a correct quote so I can manage my finances. The installation is at most average. On the stairs the newly installed floor was already damaged where they put in the nails. They left rubbish like empty glue bottles in the flat. If you are cash skint like me after buying a flat, find another floor company who bothers with a proper survey and give you a quote with no nasty surprises!

His customer service was one of the best was one of the best we’ve experienced. Placed an order over the phone with no hassle and delivered within a week. It was nice to have a friendly voice at the end of the phone and also someone who was willing to see the process through to the end without passing me off on to someone else. Aug 23,2021We were recommended Jordan’s by a friend after after we were messed around for over 4 months by carpetright for flooring we had ordered which when it did turn up was poor quality and not what we ordered, I spoke to Wayne on the Thursday and explained our problem, my husband went over to see him the same day, so helpful and kind we had our Oak flooring delivered on the Tuesday, nothing was too much trouble even when we had to get another box it was ready to collect next day, we would highly recommend this company for professionalism and good quality, big thank you

Apr 03,2021We went to Jordans flooring Wimbledon branch, following a recommendation and were extremely happy with their service. As we were very unsure of what style of flooring we wanted, we ended up making several visits to the showroom and each time we went, we were treated with respect, friendliness, politeness and professionalism. They always welcomed us and helped us out and we couldn't be more happier with their service from start to end. We have even gone back for more flooring for other rooms! We asked lots of questions and even changed our minds half way through, but each time we were treated exceptionally well by ALL staff at the Wimbledon branch particularly, Wayne and Lee who were always happy to assist us! We cannot fault the team who even assisted us when our builders were giving us a difficult time. We would definately recommend Jordans flooring. Many thanks to the whole team at Wimbledon, particularly Wayne & Lee. Keep up the good work & thank you guys.

We have a busy household with children and pets so needed something that was hard wearing and Jordan's flooring did not disappoint! Thank you

Mar 12,2021I have fitted many different laminate floorings and this company provide a top quality laminate flooring at a competitive price. The flooring arrived on time and the delivery man was very helpful. This product is easy to fit and has a high quality finish. It looks fantastic once laid, so much so that we ordered extra laminate to extend the area that we were covering. I will be recommending this flooring and company to anyone that is having new flooring in their property. We will be ordering more flooring in the future. All In all a very pleasant experience.
