Nov 25,2020Love the new kitchen light, which arrived within a few days of the order being placed. However when we installed it, one of the fluorescent bulbs wasn’t very bright and continually flickered. I emailed and rang the company and was told a replacement bulb would be sent out. That was two weeks ago, still waiting for the replacement.

Mar 16,2021The light is lovely. Unfortunately the delivery company you use is terrible. They fail to deliver to the correct address and just leave it where it’s convenient for them. This is something you should discuss with them. I was very upset that a household on a different road was given our parcel which I had to collect.
