Products are high quality and delivered in time. But clarify still needs improving on the website. I have ordered lamps as per picture and description. When they arrived they did not have the shades. I checked back on the website and it wasn’t clear they are not included in the price. I then wanted to order the correct shades but there was no clue on where I find them. Usually you should have a recommended with this product type of message. I had to call in and the lady was nice but the online experience wasn’t great

Fantastic website with fabulous choice in lights I bought 2 matching bedside tables which arrived within 3 days FOC delivery The lamps were even nicer than I imagined in fact stunning and excellent quality Great service and a fantastic company

'Street' light arrived well packed and on time. All the components necessary to fit the external light were provided although I bought stainless steel ground fixing bolts that will not rust. Have yet to fit the light, waiting for concrete to set.

By chance, I listened to today fm and heard about this shop. I couldn’t believe the choice/selection that they provide. The website is easy to use and I found the semi flush light of my dreams for my bedroom. Follow them on insta get more inspiration.

I purchased 2 outside lights for my new selfbuild home and was really happy with the quick delivery and quality of the lights. However their was a fault with the lights but the problem was dealt with promptly and I was sent a new set of lights. A lovely lady called Sarah Jane sorted everything out almost immediately. Great customer service from this company. I will definitely purchase from here in the future. Thank you JR Lighting!
