Highly recommend. After buying a ktm1290gt from another dealer , Judd racing put everything right with the bike , a full shim check service , rear brakes and a new sas pipe. To top it off they also gave me a tool kit for the bike for free as it was missing. The bike was returned in A1 condition, all my services history supplied and updated and free brake down recovery to boot. Get your self down and spend some money dealerships like this need saving. I bought a Husqvarna Norden 901 recently and noticed that the front brake switch was not working. I phoned Travis who dealt with the sale and explained the problem and he said (Chris) from servicing will give me a call. That never happened,so I emailed them and after a couple of weeks I had a reply from Sarah asking for the mileage. Since then nothing. I bought a brake switch from G H Motorcycles in Colchester which i will now fit myself. You would have though a 9k bike would have been properly checked over before being handed over but hey ho. Will I be buying from Judd Racing again, I doubt it very much.
Their website states they wont be beaten on price. When I emailed them a list of parts that I found cheaper elswear to see if they price match, they just ignored my email. Their loss as I wont use them at all now
Best company I’ve used for dirt bikes the customer service is perfect either over the phone or by email and the range of products they have is amazing love this company and will continue to use them
Joke of a company. Paid for 24h delivery but they dont have anything in stock. They will tell you it is back order AFTER you have paid. Absolutely no point in ordering from here if you want anything quick
Fabulous service from Judd Racing and Jonny in Sales. We bought an electric KTM for our little one and they made him feel really special. Won’t go anywhere else for our bikes in future!

Hi I recently bought a brand new Ktm 1290 super adventure I went and looked round the bikes and met Jonny one of bike sales team and straight away made feel at ease and was very knowledgeable on the bike I was interested in he showed me round a new bike in the shop and let me sit on the bike to see if I could reach the floor 😂😂 but on the low seat setting I was alright 😁 so I went for big deposit and 24 months pcp Jonny sorted it all out with very little fuss and even delivered my new bike and demonstrated all the bikes functions, to me the whole experience was very easy and professional I would highly recommend Jonny to assist you in your next bike purchase and Judd racing to buy it from 👍
I had never used this company before, but after the first phone call I could tell they were passionate about bikes and staff so friendly and helpful. I asked about a KTM offer I had seen on line and was told all about it and then asked if they would quote me on my bike. We struck up a deal and needed to some photos and information on my bike. All this was so straightforward and friendly. I decided to visit them and wasn’t disappointed with the shop, staff and the deal was done. First class company to deal with and nothing has been to much trouble, well done guys. My third KTM and first from Judd racing and closer than the previous dealer I used.
So I’ve just purchased my new bike from Judd Racing and all I can say is “superb”. Every member of staff that I have spoken to have been more than happy to help and always with a smile Special thanks goes to Jonny who made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable - nothing was too much trouble and allowed me to make my mind up at my own pace!!! I’d definitely recommend giving these guys (and gals) a shout if you’re in the market for a bike.

1st time using Judd Racing Nottingham for 600mile mile while you wait service on KTM 1290sas. Cannot recommend the staff at Judd enough. Very helpful friendly and informative. Great waiting area with free tea& coffee,lots of bikes clothing & accessories in store. 10/10 I travel 70mile round trip to use these guys rather than use a more local dealership 👍

I just wanted to write a review after having such a wonderful experience with Judd Racing. Unfortunately the items I had bought were going to take longer than expected, first of all communication was great, I thought it was excellent to contact me personally to explain the process, they kept in contact to update me throughout. I was concerned as it was so close to Christmas. They then upgraded my shipping once the items arrived to them to next day delivery as a gesture of good will as being so close to Christmas. I just thought it was a great example of good customer service. Will always go to these guys in future! Thank you again
Customer service is shocking. I have been having issues with a talaria bike that isn’t even a year old yet. You can never speak to anyone who can help you. They say they will call back but they never do. Forget to complete the job that it went in for. They are not helpful at all. When they finally get back to me and sort the issue out for a second time. I would rather travel further than use this company again
Beware their website saying parts are in stock. Both times I have ordered and paid for parts based on this information I have had an email saying the parts are not in stock and to wait 7-10 working days. I have had a refund but would not have ordered if the website had said out of stock.

Judd racing were recommended to me via a kids minicross club for parts. Unfortunately not a good experience with them at all. This begins on 16th Feb 2022 where I placed an order on a sprocket carrier "showing in stock last one" I used PayPal quick checkout as didn't have my debit card details to hand and well it said last one so I was in a hurry to purchase I also upgraded shipping to expedited at a cost of £4.15 apposed to the standard shipping, my order on account was marked pending which I never thought anything peculiar as my thoughts were it would change when processed. However after not checking the next day and not receiving any delivery I logged in to still see the order marked as pending. I call the store and ask for an update. It was explained to me I payed via PayPal echeck so they would ship soon as the payment cleared, I checked PayPal and sure enough upon quick checkout on PayPal it had selected payment via bank account🤦♂️. Tottaly my mistake 100%. I called back and spoke to a really nice chap who understood fully what had happened and assured me the item would be put aside and sent out soon as payment cleared. OK I completely understand and that's fine. We are now on 24 Feb 2022 and payment has cleared but still showing pending. I email and get a reponce from Sarah to say my item isn't in stock and order will be delayed 4 to 5 working days. 🤦♂️ I mailed back explaining the situation and that my part may have been sat aside until my payment cleared as the chap on the telephone call said. The response was that she doesn't know who I talked to but can assure me the part isn't in stock in fact they don't show stock on there website "you do Laura if you check and the part I ordered is still even showing last one in stock. I conceded to wait as requested, 8th March 2022 still no change on account, I mail Sarah again for an update, reply was an apology she doesn't know why stock took so long to come in but it just arrived that morning and they will send it out for delivery today. Great after all this carry on its sorted I thought. I was mailed a link to dpd tracking and all going well parcel heading to me for delivery today 9th March 2022, dpd message parcel delayed will now be delivered tomorow 10th March 2022, OK this happens its inconvenient but happens at least they will refund my cost of expedited delivery??? I contacted Sarah again to ask how we go about refunding or crediting the delivery costs to be told sorry we can't refund you as its in our terms we don't guarantee next day delivery 🤔 why offer this service then? Anyway hope this review gives an understanding of this company and you can make your own mind up to use them. Its a shame as I really liked some of the stuff they offer for sale but I won't purchase now after this experience. Thumbs down guys sorry.
