They responded quickly with a follow-up call to my email query, and this was followed up with an email confirming order and quote. Price competitive with other companies I tried. Were flexible on dates, and reduced the price when I didn't have as much as I thought. Would recommend

Oct 30,2020Initially I got what I thought was a competitive quote to demolish and remove a shed and lean-to for £240. On the day 2 guys came and said the office had to ring me before they started the job. No one rang. I rang them, getting through on the 3rd try. They said they had 'misunderstood' my description and didn't know what I meant by a lean-to - they had made no effort to contact me to ask. They then said they wanted an additional £160 to clear the lean to as well. I said no, so paid the £240 to remove the shed. When they left I got a hammer and knocked down what was left in 10 minutes. Loaded it into the back of my car with my husband's help in 15 minutes. I am 64 years old, he's 68. They asked for £160 for that. I complained, emailed a picture of the wood we'd ended up with and they offered to remove it for £90. Too late however. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend them or use them again.

Oct 29,2020I contacted for a quote for a few items and said I’d get back to them. I then had some deliveries and ended up with several more things I needed to get rid of. I contacted junk bunk in the morning, got a reasonable quote and booked in same day for collection. Will definitely use again.

Oct 27,2020DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They quoted me 8 cubic meters, and 50minutes to do the job. I forgot one small side table when i did the order - and they tried to change me £50 for it. I refused and got another company to come and collect the stuff. The other company (junk hunters) said it was 5 cubic meters and it took it all in 20mins. They were also a LOT cheaper (£180 vs £250+£50scam) and didn't try to rip me off. I wrote to them to ask them to explain why they had acted so unethically (maybe its one bad egg), so I could include their response in my review - didn't even get a response. Also - check out their reviews on Google, mostly from people with 1-2 other reviews and clearly fake. I suspect their good reviews on here are fake too, it's very easy and cheap to get fake reviews with mechanic turk - just unethical, but then so are JunkBunk. Don't trust them.

Oct 22,2020Great company and great service. All arranged within in 24hrs. They phoned my to see if they were able to collect a little earlier than planned. When they turned up they were extremely polite. Collected my sofa quickly and efficiently. Would happily use again and recommend.
