Nov 29,2023Love the wig. Love the texture. Love the hairline If I had to give a con, it was a little snug on my head. But it's an absolutely gorgeous wig and I've already ordered a second one and 18 inches.

Nov 21,2023I had to wait 18 days to recieve my order as opposed to 3 to 7 business day. The order did not come on time 😒 and I didn't like that at all. Also, one of the wigs didn't have a good fit. But the deep wave was very good.

Nov 13,2023I placed an order FOR A CUSTOMER on November 5th. I'm worried because I only received an email telling me that 111 loyalty points were offered to me following my purchase. There is also an error in this email: my email address was copied incorrectly, a "." which may explain the fact that I do not receive any information. I do not receive any confirmation email, no package tracking. You indicate shipping within 4 to 7 days but to date I have no further news from you. I placed an order for an amount of more than €100 anyway so I'm worried. I tried to contact you through all the means of communication you offer and I have received no response. Oct 19,2023Well I like the wig alot it definitely what the picture and description say it a soft hair with the plucking and baby hair cut for you to use as glueless or can used glue.Also so like additional they send and the slim bag to store the wig but this is great option for on go wig .but do wish I would gotten a longer inches.well buy again.

Sep 16,2023I bought the *DionaLatia Recommend Junoda Long Reddish Brown Jerry Curly Wig Auburn Color #33 Lace Front Human Hair Wigs". I tried to cancel as the hair was delayed until after Christmas. The hair tangles, sheds, colour runs and stains clothing. Nothing like the picture. It goes dry easily and increases in volume (unfortunately no option to add photos). Don't waste your money. Junoda refused to take responsibility! I have stopped ordering from them as a result. I dropped a review with pictures on their website, I guess it wasn't approved. Don't waste your money!

Jun 25,2023The worst company I've ever ordered from!! I ordered on June 19th, I emailed the next day to see when the hair would ship out and they stated 1st. That the hair needed customization and will ship out in 3 to 5 days. I told them that's not what your site stats and then I asked if I could just cancel. They emailed back the next day and then said 2nd. A "Dragon boat festival" was happening and they would be out for some days?! Huh?! I wrote back and said well what about when I emailed you back to cancel they then write back and said I couldn't cancel and the hair would be shipped out when possible! I then wrote back again saying that sounds weird and to just refund me. I haven't heard anything back since! I've been emailing and writing on their social media with no response!! This site is a SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! YOU WON'T RECEIVE ANYTHING!!! IM GONNA PUT IN A FRAUD ISSUE WITH MY BANK AND IM GONNA WRITE THE THE BBB AS WELL.

May 09,2023IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD This hair was an absolutely terrible quality. Hair arrived frizzy and dry and already matting together in the unopened bundle. I have ordered this texture before from other vendors and it has never arrived this bad. I contacted the vendor for the return address and they replied telling me to wash it and use. after 5-6 emails going back and forth the vendor has still not given me the return address. I am appalled as to why they are forcing me to keep something that is such a bad quality. I just want to return the product, I dont understand why its taking so long to send an address. steer clear from this vendor. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
