Sep 24,2024Please do not use this company, K1 Heating came out to me after calling Emergency Hero. The man resealed my badly sealed bath. He sealed it again very badly and it is now leaking again. He also didn't remove the bath cover which also had a leak underneath coming from the u bend, resulting in damp floorboards and damp kitchen ceiling. I have now paid another plumber to come and seal it properly. Do not use is my advice!

K1 took a few moments to examine the issue and quoted a very fair price, fixing the problem in less than an hour with no recurring issues ever since. I considerably recommend K1 plumbing, extremely professional and honest.

Jul 24,2024Fantastic and very honest. I had a problem with my radiator thermostat not working. Another company quoted 1500 to replace two valves and the pump. They said we’d need to drain the system and it will take a full day for the job. Mr Kayvan correctly assessed that only the electrical part of the valve controller needed to be replaced. Did it professionally in under an hour and charged a very fair rate for the job. Highly highly recommend

Feb 12,2024Kayvan was polite, timely and highly professional. Kayvan and Javed did a great job fitting a new boiler. This was going from conventional to Combi, so big job. They removed old hot water tank & used dust sheets to protect the hall carpet upstairs. They also replaced a gas pipe to meet new regulations. Through out there was great communication via text and in person. They completed the job first day and came for power flush next day. They took away the old tank & tiny rubble and left place clean. Paperwork and certificates was issued on the day and they waited patiently as I took some time to login into nest App. Excellent job and very courteous manner! Thank you!

Jan 02,2025I have used this company several times including to fit a new boilerand each time I have found their work to be of a very high standard. Nice friendly gas engineer - efficient and tidys up after himself. Would highly recommend
