Apr 16,2020I ordered food for our dog and was never sent any follow up shipping info (my credit card was charged at time of order), when I inquired I was informed they were out of stock and that particular brand was discontinued... they still have that item on their website! I requested a refund and was given one. Why have out of stock items on your website? How frustrating for the consumer.

Thank you for being there for me to get the food I needed for my dog and my local supplier could not get it. I hope to be able to get this same food when it's reorder time as I Plan on ordering from K9Cuisine again.
