Feb 19,2020This for me is a superb service which is a literal life saver as my son studies in the Philippines. I have had no isssues. The staff speak good English. The transaction process is simple and clear. The money is transferred usually within 1-2 days. I do not understand negative reviews as I have used three years and never had a problem. Superb service. Very helpful to me - thank you.

Sep 27,2019Exchange rate is quite good but the fee is unacceptable so it doesn't make sense..cash pick up cost me £5.99 while others worth £2.99/£3.99 and on xoom cost £1.99...better to send to other companies which has a fixed transaction fee.

Apr 14,2019This is so surprising using this remittance company for first. The Rate advertised is P67.65 but actual is P67.40. Remittance Fee is £2.99 but actual is £5.99. Promised to process the remittance and amount will be credited within in 1hour but its more than 2 hours past yet the amount was not credited. The payment been taken out from my Bank (immediately) but not credited to beneficiary bank after 2 hours. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I also contacted them thru Messenger but they stop responding after taking my money. At first they are quick. VERY BAD COMPANY.

Sep 04,2018NOT HAPPY with the service. Transaction NOT Process in time. Staff giving false information to costumer. NOT informing costumer straight away regarding problem with your transaction. Costumer have to follow up many times to find out the problem why transaction NOT being processed. POOR SERVICE.
