Nov 15,2023Shipping was very slow. It took 3 or 4 days from order confirmation to dispatch. After dispatch, parcel first runs under OMEST tracking but than it changes to GLS. Complicated and time consuming. Anyway. Communication was OK and the Freitag bags are kind of cool.

Nov 15,2023Even for an international order the shipping was quick and my order was correct shipping was a tad insane but that is not their fault.. I'm hoping in the future I will get promo codes and things like that so I can continue ordering things I cannot get in the states..

Aug 02,2023My order was cancelled and then reinstated within a span of 2 hours. Then it showed that they were working on my order. A week later, I received an automated message saying my order has been cancelled (again). I wrote to 2 customer service email addresses from the shop and never received a reply as I simply wanted to know what happened and whether I should be placing my order again. Since I still haven't received a response from the shop, I won't be attempting to place the order again.

Jul 28,2023This is the second time in a row I have ordered a Freitag product from Kauri Store which they were not able to deliver even though they confirmed in writing. As if that is not bad enough already it took them >2 days to realise this themselves before they notified me that they do not have the product available any longer. I hope the buyer of "my" product can enjoy it. Will definitely not order again at Kauri Store and hope at least for a timely refund.
