Jan 17,2023Delivery by third party courier service that requires you to be on site at delivery address all day as tracking does not accurately provide delivery ETA until 30 mins out plus they just unpack to the kerb. Extremely poor quality of item and overpriced considering quality, Rexit solid mindi and veneer chest of 5 draws with rattan sku CC2252FN46. Draws do not fit correctly, draw runners missing fasteners plus fasteners fitted jamming draw movement and ad hoc in fitment. I went back to check the item on display in the showroom to discover it was almost as bad. Lessen learnt to inspect more thoroughly before purchasing. Very disappointed! What is even more disappointing, we have purchased other items which were great (with the exception of delivery).

Jan 26,2023that compromised the sofa. After notifying Kane home I was told that this was not possible. After a few days I was contacted by kave home who advised the incorrect piece had been delivered and I needs to pack the return piece again and have it ready for collection at the same time the replace piece would be delivered. Not date was mentioned and no apologies made. This is very disappointing considering my $6000 investment. Again I contacted kave home to get a delivery date. Delivery turned up with no notice so had to scramble to get home to receive the delivery. Not impressed,
