For the past few years I have rang for a quotation and EVERY single year some absolute tool gives me the same unhelpful slaver everytime, it's as if it's scripted! "What's your renewal price?" I give the price Then he just repeats the amount I've said and tells me to take it. Never once does the clown even attempt to do his job as a Broker and get me prices - regardless of what he gets back. I usually use 5/6 Brokers each year to get quotes - all of which search the market and get me prices (it's their job....doh) and come back to me....except this useless company! Absolute waste of space KM are and the customer service is appalling! Don't waste your time even calling them up - they are a total embarrassment 🤦‍♂️ *They requested I removed their inadequate employees name from this review, so i will. I wonder if they request the same if a name is mentioned and they get a 5 star review? Pathetic* **EDIT again. After that long winded load of rubbish you have replied with - I will make you aware that your precious employee did not offer me a quotation this year - even when I told him I had not had my renewal! 🤦‍♂️ "What is your renewal?" I tell him I dont have it yet "How much you pay last year?" I then tell him LAST YEARS premium and he says "I can't compete with that - take it" Well let me think, as with a lot of things in the world right now, how does he know my premium hasn't increased from last year?! Im yet to receive a renewal price for him to go off! Therefore - do your job Broker and get me prices...doh! But no, the same garbage reply. 35 years of experience get you these proficient and skilled responses does it?! I told him I didn't have this years renewal, so he gave the same slaver without even having a price to go off for God's sake! My review is honest and relevant and the company are a waste of space. I suggest removing the names of your employees on other reviews then (the 5* ones....that I'm AMAZED AT!). But no, you won't will you? You want it all your way and have your cake and eat it 🥴

Ive been using these guys for a couple of years now to cover my Mk1 MX5. Consistently good prices, good range of cover and very easy to deal with. Special mention to Fraser Mckay, always very helpful!

Being a Spanish resident but also owning a uk-registered car which was stored in the UK I struggled to find a company who would insure me. Keith Michaels gave me a quote which was acceptable and I used them for two years until I recently decided to sell the vehicle. The staff were helpful and prompt, if I buy another car in the UK I will use Keith Michaels again. Thanks

Have insured various vehicles through them for the past 25/30 years. Always been very happy with superb service. Received my renewal in early 2023 - cost had doubled for no apparent reason. Tried and failed several times to speak to them in connection with this but was never phoned back. Assumed they no longer wanted my business - I’m probably too old now but do drive a top end Audi TTS. Incredibly disappointing.

I was introduced to Christian Wheatley of Keith Michaels by a longstanding client and friend of mine in circumstances where I needed an early insurance cover in connection with an older super car that I had just bought. I cannot thank Christian enough - it was not the easiest cover to arrange - however, he was back within the hour providing me with a quote which was very acceptable. Following that the cover note came through later that afternoon and I was able to collect the car. I would not hesitate to recommend this gentleman and his company.

BE prepared to be shuffled from pillar to post making a claim and even though they are very helpful and friendly its still getting annoying to say the least , and the music they play while you wait MY GAWD talk about LOUD
