Bought one of the Kettler Cora outdoor dining sets for almost £2000 so expected a decent product. I checked with customer services when purchasing if I should cover the set during the winter and was advised not to. Less than 6 months after purchasing the table and chairs the paint has already come off in patches and looks awful. After reaching out to customer services for help they just tried to sell us their care products instead of offering to replace or refund.

I have bought many kettler products over the years all of which I have been extremely happy with… however sadly after a year of purchasing the cushion box it began to leak. I contacted kettler customer service as it was within the warranty period and I had a replacement box supplied. I have recently purchased the outdoor kitchen units and again I have received excellent customer service when coming to place the order and then again when rearranging delivery… kettler is a product I would continue to recommend and hope the outdoor kitchen will be the same as previous furniture we have been extremely happy with!

This is an odd review, but ill try I ordered some garden furniture (KETTLER Palma 6-Seater Garden Low Lounge Set )via John Lewis and the delivery was failed due to the boxes / Package being lerger then the standard UK door size. We will try again in a few days, but there is a risk that I will not be able to get it into my house as no parts are removable , so it is what it is and maybe better for commercial use rather than residential, its a shame as this just shows no afterthought, for the end user

I am really grateful for the support that Kat provided me, after I filled in an online form for help. A product I wanted had been discontinued but she had found one for me, which I was desperate for and wasn't available anywhere online.

Over the past ten years I have purchased many item of garden furniture from Kettler which have been excellent. However, a cover for a firepit table which I purchased some two years ago unfortunately split. As I was having difficulty finding an alternative design without the raised section I contacted their customer service department and was put through to Kat Woods. Well, to cut a long story short, Kat resolved the matter without any delay. I must say that Kettler is an excellent company, especially their customer service department!!

I contacted Kettler to enquire about a double chair which was showing signs of rusting quite badly. We spoke to a lady called Cath Woods. Cath was extremely helpful and listened to what we had to say. She advised us to take a photo of the chair and email it to her. We did this immediately and sent it off to her with our original receipt. She kept in contact with us and followed it up the following day advising us of a replacement chair and a delivery date agreed. We found Cath exceptionally helpful with an excellent customer service attitude. Thank you very much we look forward to our replacement chair arriving on Thursday . Mr and Mrs I Glasgow.

I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase of 6-seater metal mesh table and chairs, and parasol. They’re really sturdy and stylish, and can be left outside all year round. I had one small hiccup with my order, but this was resolved swiftly by their friendly and helpful customer service team (thank you, Kat). 100% recommended.

I've got loads of Kettler products over the years - terrific quality. For the first time recently I had a problem with a table defect. The way customer service dealt with it was superb. I was expecting a prolonged issue, instead of which customer support responded, with the offer of a replacement new table, within 24 hours. No quibble. And delivery of the replacement item within 7 days. All with a metaphorical smile. Top marks, and thanks, to Kettler Kat

I have a Menos Versa set but find the coffee table not ideal in summer for BBQ's as table too low and we were eating on our knees, I was searching google for an up/down table that would match what I have, unfortunately I couldn't find one so thought I would email Kettler on the off chance they might sell them separate from the seating, I had an email back from Kat within an hour to say they don't sell them separate but she had checked with the warehouse and they had had a return which was going to the outlet shop which I could have, next contact was to arrange a delivery date and payment, Kat couldn't have been anymore helpful and I am so appreciative of this, looking forward to using the table in the summer!

My experience with Kettler GB is amazing! The customer service is out of this world!! I bought a ping pong board from them in December 2024 and will buy stuff from them again and again. Highly recommended!

What a brilliant kettler customer are service. I had a quality issue with an item out of warranty, but once the problem was explained , a replacement was sent out within 7 working days . I can't thank the sales ladies enough . Great customer service .

I recently purchased a furniture cover for my Palma Furniture set and ordered the wrong cover by mistake. I received excellent customer service from Kat who organised a refund for me and details of how to return my order. I am very impressed with the after sales service and help. Can highly recommend this company for good customer after sales care.

When a foot capo broke on our Kettler patio table I thought that it couldn't be replaced, but contacted Kettler UK just in case. I got an immediate reply from Kat @ Kettler Customer Service saying that she was sorry to hear of the problem and she had ordered a replacement set of 4 for me, but they wouldn't be available until January. I asked the cost but was astounded to be told they would be free of charge! Now, at the start of February, Kat has contacted me herself because the replacements are delayed, but to avoid me waiting she had found a single foot cap in the warehouse stock which she is posting to me tomorrow. The patio furniture was expensive but really good quality, and backed with such outstanding and friendly customer service I felt compelled to write this review as a 'thank you' to Kat and her wonderful service. Thanks Kat!

I had the most wonderful experience with Kettler. Nikki was so incredibly helpful especially since I had a unique request and needed her help in sourcing an entire garden set that had been discontinued...and when I called again a couple of days later needing measurements for another discontinued sofa, her colleague Lea was equally as helpful. The whole thing just put me in a great mood and now my patio looks amazing, thanks to Kettler and their amazing staff. Would highly recommend :)

I bought a Kettler Elba table and 6-chair set from an online garden retailer. Unfortunately after a few months I noticed that the wood on three of the arm rests had started to split quite badly. I contacted customer services and as the set was still under warranty, some replacement arm rests were sent out to me at no extra cost. The whole process of contacting Customer Services was very easy and efficient. Special mention to Kat, who has been extremely helpful in answering my various queries - thank you!
