Aug 10,2020We were absolutely delighted with the service, support and professionalism we received from the staff at KHP during the sale of our house in these challenging times. It was only a few days after the initial valuation and marketing of our property the Covid-19 lockdown began. So things were put on hold for a short period, but we still received regular updates from KHP concerning any interest in the property. But as soon as the lockdown was lifted, Brad arranged for several potential buyers to view the house. It was with one of these initial viewers that he expertly negotiated an offer from that was acceptable to us. The whole process of the sale went extremely quickly and very smoothly, thanks to the exceptional work of the team at KHP. From contacting solicitors and negotiating timescales, Julie kept us and the buyer informed every step of the way during the progression of the sale. With the sale now completed, we cannot recommend KHP highly enough and would urge anyone to use them. The entire team deserve our thanks.

Jul 13,2020We are extremely pleased with KHP and their very professional approach to dealing with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. In particular Julie, Be and Jack deserve a great deal of credit. Our move happened at a very difficult time, following the Coronavirus pandemic, eight weeks after we had agreed offers. However, I always felt that Kings Hill Property put our needs first. I would certainly not hesitate recommending them to anyone, if they would looking to move home.

Feb 04,2020I've really struggled with letting agents in the past, and have always felt unimportant, and that they had better things to do. India from KHP has been incredible, she helped me find an incredible home - however, unfortunately the landlord (for whatever reason) had to end my tenancy early. It was quite distressing for me, as I loved where I was - but India even emailed me late on New Years Eve with a lovely property, not yet on the market 5 doors down. It wasn't for me in the end, but the thought was there and she even pre-warned me it might be too small - but I really appreciated the honesty and being thought about. With a deadline of moving out getting tighter and tighter, other letting agents were taking days to get back to me, were not flexible with viewings, and I found a property popped up and was so glad it was with KHP! I was struggling to fit a viewing in, but India thought outside the box and got me in the next day. I saw the property and signed up within minutes. India and her team have all been amazing, through the first property I rented and then helping me with another home. They have all been efficient, friendly and I could not recommend them enough.

Jan 23,2020Exceptional service from Louise at KHP Snodland. We were originally with another estate agent who were very nice but very old school. They didn't really get things moving resulting in a chain falling through. As Louise was selling the house we were buying, we already had experience of Louise trying very hard to move the chain forward for us all. We instructed Louise to try and re-sell our house for us and within a couple of weeks and with some 'outside the box' thinking and solutions from both Nick and Louise we had another complete chain in place and finally moved just before Christmas. Having experienced a few Estate Agents through our journey, if I ever needed an Estate Agent again, KHP would definitely be my first option. I highly recommend them.

I work in a similar field dealing with estate agents on a daily basis and I can honestly say that the team have been more responsive and proactive than any estate agent I have ever dealt with. Special mention for Julie who we feel has gone the extra mile to keep us informed on the progress of our sale and ensuring we exchanged smoothly.

Mar 11,2019After six months with another Estate Agent in Snodland with no offers on my Mother’s house in Snodland or any feedback from them I decided to contact KHP. The details and photographs were so much better and every week I received a telephone call to update me what was going on. Within a month I had a Buyer - fantastic news. I would like to thank Louise, Adam, Tracie and Nick for all their hard work, chasing solicitors for updates which I was notified every step of the way. I would most definitely recommend KHP to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. The personal service you receive is outstanding. Thanks for all our hard work.

Jan 18,2019After nearly four and half years on the market I'd nearly given up hope of finding a buyer. I had tried other estate agents in Snodland but they couldn't get me a sale. Then KHP opened up a branch in Snodland. So I thought I give it one more go, I had heard through friends that they were good but never got round to contacting them until they moved into the High Street. I phoned them and spoke to Nick, area manager who is really helpful and certainly knows the market and he in came out to see me with Louise, branch manager and gave me a valuation. Within FOUR weeks they found me a buyer !! A big thank you to Nick, Louise, Tracey and Adam at the Snodland branch who certainly go the extra mile and nothing's too much trouble. I moved last December to another property in Snodland and if I decide to move again I will defiantly contact them again.

Sep 27,2018From the offer to its acceptance the KHP estate agents were professional and pleasant. But then the real work started. My experience was typical: stressful, laiden with delays and fraught with complications. KHP sales progression was pivotal in getting the sale over the line. At times it seemed Caroline was more stressed out than I was! I can certainly say that she kept her foot to the pedal and never let various parties get away with sluggishness. I’ve no idea what the outcome would have been without her.

Sep 08,2020I'm not the kind who normally writes reviews but I want the World to know how some of these big property giants in the market treat you. I have written this with a lot of frustration & anger. Couple of weeks back KHP Country Homes booked me in to view 5 properties in Snodland after seeing my AIP and it was approximately 15 mins for each viewing back to back. Due to COVID they advised us not to bring our 8 year old. And they agreed once we finalise to put an offer on one of the properties they will arrange for second viewing for my son. Post viewing there was one property which we loved to offer and we put an offer. However in the meantime there was a change in the deposit for the property for non ILR s/British from 10% to 15%. I informed that I have money to get back from Home country and will arrange it in a couple of days as my Father would be sending a gift transfer. In the meantime I requested them to arrange for a second viewing as my son has not seen the property. Well, they said you arrange the rest 5% and then we will arrange the viewing. Couple of days later I called and they kept on saying due to COVID we can't allow a child. I further more requested to talk to the Manager called Nick, whose behaviour was very rude and awkward and he said you can show the 15% and then we do the paperwork and then only the 2nd viewing will be possible. Does anyone make a decision by seeing a house in 10mins and invest 350,000 pounds? It was our family home and doesn't my son want to see the property? Is it really about the money or is it a discrimination that I'm a foreigner? He was so adamant in not showing the property and was literally shouting into my ears. "Show the money and then i will arrange the viewing". This is very contradicting... COIVD goes off as soon as I show my funds? Wow! I really want these people, esp. Nick to be fired! Absolutely no traits of a Manager!! Feel like suing these people for violating GDPR!!! Pathetic Customer Service!!!!!
