Not only is she incredibly experienced, but she has a very kind and patient demeanour which makes her a fantastic teacher for anyone who is either just starting out, or already experienced but requires that extra ‘facial finessing’. I have been in the industry a long time, but felt I needed that extra assurance I was delivering the very best service to clients I possibly could. The Luxury Bespoke Facial Course is truly unique in the market and something every facialist could definitely benefit from. Kate’s attention to detail is second to none and she is so willing to share all her hints and tips with you she has honed over the years of experience from the likes of Soho Farmhouse etc. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to stand out in the facial crowd and to add an elevated dimension to their skill set.

Kate I can’t thank you enough for giving me the tools, guidance and the absolute confidence in the two day course to start the journey on becoming a great facialist hopefully like yourself! Your way of teaching was kind patient and understanding of an actual novice! I learnt so much in such little time and couldn’t have asked for anyone more experienced or nicer to learn from! I’m so keen to get started and want to learn more from you already! Being able to learn from someone who has 20 years experience and a glowing profile was just amazing thank you thank you thank you from your fellow welshy! If you’re looking for a facial course to start you on your career, let this be the one! From start to finish Kate thought of every little detail and it felt like being with a friend for a weekend!

May 25,2024I recently completed a facial course with Kate, and I couldn't be more impressed. The course was incredibly in-depth, covering every aspect of facial techniques with great detail. Kate's extensive knowledge and genuine passion for teaching were evident throughout. She truly cares about her students' success and goes above and beyond to ensure we understand the material. The hands-on approach was particularly valuable. Kate would literally take our hands and guide them to the correct positions, ensuring we grasped the techniques thoroughly. Every session was meticulously planned, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Overall, this course exceeded my expectations. Mar 10,2024Wow,wow,wow!! From start to finish this has to be the best facial experience I have ever experienced. Katie is soo welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. Her knowledge and expertise is outstanding. She knew I needed this facial to be relaxing but results driven and boy did she deliver! Time flew, I felt on cloud 9 after and my skin is alive again. Katie, you have not only fixed my skin but taken away all the stress over the past few months. I only wish I lived closer. Well worth the 2 hour drive! Communication with Kate before the training meant I felt like we’d already built a good relationship. On the training day I felt completely at home like I’d know her for years! With modules to complete before attending 1.5 days at the academy (which is an absolutely beautiful space hidden away in the countryside) in a small group, I can thoroughly recommend the course for anyone interested in pursuing a career as a facialist. Kate gives really in-depth guidance on crafting the perfect facial experience and her years of experience shine in everything she teaches. The opportunity to spend time with others who share the same passion for skincare was fabulous and I'm now feeling confident in my future plans for my new business!

Jan 26,2023Absolutely amazing course and would honestly recommend to anyone who would like to better know their skin. I have been a beautician for over 15 years and still learned so much from this course! I can see this course being a lot of information for someone new to skin but what is great is that you have the option of having the course for life and so you can review all the classes. Katie is so approachable and a fantastic teacher. You can feel her passion for what she does and she has broken down all the information into the easiest way you can digest it! You also get Q&A time at the end of each lecture as well as Q&A later in the week for any extra questions. I feel her course was more indepth than even my beauty therapy course was! I have done this course twice now and have paid for the life time access. This also means that when she does a new course, you will have access to it which is absolutely incredible. Doing it twice you very much realise Katie's continued learning as unbelievably there was even more information 2nd time round with an extra week of knowledge added to the course! What I also love is that you can get a feel for how unbias Katie is. She is only interested in the science and ingredients of how the skin works and what ingredients would help or hinder the skin. I know that if she found that new research came out to contradict old research - she would tell you and update the course. Its a really easy and compact way for myself as a therapist to keep updated. I also love her honestly. If she isnt sure on an answer to a question (this of course rarely happens!) she will tell you and get back to you. This really makes you realise that what information she puts into the course has really been researched and that she is confident enough to say when she isnt sure. I actually think she enjoys not knowing as it gives her something new to reseach! She also has no bias to a brand, this course is about SKIN. I have worked with some truely wonderful popular brands in the past and the training has been fantastic but it has always been about the products and what products are fantastic for what skin type. We never learned that you could be maybe overloading the skin or using too much, how it might be worth seeing how the skin reacts to the basics first or how to strengthen the skin to work at its best, rather than having a product doing it instead. It was always about diving in to using every product under the sun because if you werent using everything, you werent doing enough. You will be very suprised with what you learn on this course! Once again, I couldnt recommend this course more. Katie has a wonderful ability to teach and I am so thankful to have found her course which I will do every year to keep myself up to date.

The course was presented live on a weekly basis by Kate. Her knowledge regarding anatomy, product ingredients/ application, internal/ external factors & business was truly amazing. I especially liked the way Kate presented, not only is she very experienced in her field, she is incredibly real, fun & generous as a person. She would always encourage group members to ask questions as it seemed important to her for everybody to have a voice & to learn at their own pace. Kate's course was the icing on the cake for me, it has given me the confidence & knowledge not just to talk more about skin but I have decided after 30yrs of working as a nurse, to set up a skincare business helping people with their skin. Dec 13,2022The Most Amazing Skincare Course!! I have just completed the most amazing skincare course! 7 weeks of such informative and detailed information. With the course also including the skins anatomy. Katies knowledge and experience was very noticeable, including her own passion for skincare showing too! Katie, although very professional, is so down to earth, with a great sense of humour, which made it so comfortable to listen, learn and interact with the rest of the group. All i can say is if you get the opportunity to join one of Katies courses, do so. You wont regret it!! I feel that its not only given me more confidence with my skincare, but will definitely help going forward in supporting my customers. From start to finish it was truly the most enlightening and informative experience that covers everything you need to know on how to deliver an extraordinary facial & seamless client journey. You are guided through the hands on-techniques by Kate every step of the way, she has a remarkable eye for picking up on when you need extra help and is very intuitive in the sense of knowing exactly when to jump in to assist you so that you master every aspect of the facial - one more time is never too many! Her dedication and talent is undeniable and also infectious, I left with my passion for facials reignited and the course reaffirmed why I loved it in the first place! The emphasis is on your skills as a therapist this has made me realise that continuing to invest in my craft is what will bring my career longevity, no matter what treatments/products I introduce in the future.
