Oct 06,2014This is the first time I have ordered from this site - and it will be the last! I have still not received my order after being advised it would be with me on or before the 29th September. UPDATE: The above opinion was based on something that was not due to a fault on the part of the supplier - apparently it was our ever faultless(!) Royal Mail not advising that they had tries to deliver my parcel, and me not being aware until I rang them and had a gent at Royal Mail tell me he had the package in his hand. Customer service at the Kids Party Shop were very good, lovely lady I spoke to.

Sep 22,2014I'm have a DISNEY themed party is all Disney not just one character and I had to buy all the napkins indival as there is no bulk buy of mixed disney and this worked out rather expensive to do and the scene setters I ordered I wasn't totaly happy with the description and don't think I'll be using them now so that's another £25 wasted , for basic stuff its OK but not for what I wanted

Sep 20,2014Within 5 minutes of me making the order online I received a phone call from a very nice lady saying it would be cheaper for me to collect my items in person as I'm only 10 minutes away from their shop. They even said they would keep my purchases until a few days before I need them and to just give them a call and they would have everything ready for me to collect. Brilliant customer service...

Oct 07,2014Excellent reliable service goods arrived a dew days after placing order. When I forgot to put my address down correctly I had a phone call and email to make sure that I got the message and would get back in touch with them ASAP. Would happily recommend them and price very good also!!!
