Mar 16,2024My delivery came in a reasonable amount of time however, the box is completely destroyed and the side of the box that is destroyed is taped over with brown packing tape. It is a gift so I am hoping that the car seat itself is not destroyed once I open up the package. Very disappointed with the condition of the box how it was received

We haven't even opened the box and the company said "based on your excuse, we can't return". Never heard of this before. Still in the box. Paid $444.00. Now I have to sell it on Facebook market or something. Just a inconvenience.
