Jan 12,2024I ordered something that was described as brand new. However, when I received the item, the box was mangled up so bad it had been taped almost completely up. Upon inspecting the item inside, it was very apparent it had been opened, the plastic wrapping was all ripped and manual crinkled up. The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because it doesn’t seem to appear the item has actually been used. I ordered the item as a gift so it’s extremely disappointing. I definitely won’t be gifting it as I had planned in the condition it came. This was my first time ordering from this site so maybe this is normal but if so I wish it would have clarified so in obvious site.

Jan 12,2024Item was in a re-sealed damaged box with another customer's shipping label. The item was advertised as "New". Obviously it was not. Unable to gift this at a baby shower now. New mom questioned whether it was used.

Jan 12,2024Very fast delivery which was great! The product was awesome and less expensive then what I was going to pay and all just because the box was open. Kidsy taped it closed and sent it me which only took two days to receive.

Dec 31,2023It was a refurbished owlets foot sock and it does not work. I will never buy from this company again. Update- pictures were sent. Pictures of the foot dream sock, packaging, as well as shipping label. I received refund as it was a refurbished non working foot dream sock.
