Bought multiple items and they came well packaged in a reused box (very eco); arrived quickly but there was no despatch email, so they were (pleasantly) surprisingly early! Actual item was something sold out in lots of other places, so really pleased.

Customer service + products really good. One parcel delivered by Hermes, in 2 days. Still waiting a week later on Royal Mail parcel, missed my grandsons birthday! Would put me off ordering again

I ordered for my toddlers first day at preschool, the item never arrived due to courier loosing it. Despite this the customer service was very responsive.
