Excellent service , extremely professional claims handling process very polite staff lost my device on 18th of march the claim was accepted on 20th of march and the most important thing they acted upon my request and ordered the same colour phone which i lost. Furthermore the claims excess fee is very reasonable 5 star for your guys

The easiest way to get contents insurance. Either individual items or everything at once, the process is simple, very quick and the cover is very comprehensive. If you need something (or everything) covered, definitely look at Kinsu first! Monthly payments and rolling contract make things super simple.

May 03,2019They use Davies Group for handling claims. It's been 3 weeks now since I had accidental damage to my laptop and I still haven't got a replacement even though I had a letter from the Genius Bar technicians listing the damage cost. They are very unprofessional, there is no transparency over the process, and the customer support people are utterly incompetent and they couldn't care less. I was sent a replacement that was a so-called box opened approved apple certified with a 12-month warranty through ValueCheckers graded A+. What I received was a second-hand laptop with very visible wear marks especially on the screen. The marks on the screen made those areas visible brighter than the rest of the screen and I rejected the laptop. Now apparently the "Valuation Team" investigates the claim. For £28/month this contents insurance is the worst deal I could have made. No wonder they closed the shop from 1st of May. Too bad Davies Group and ValueCheckers are servicing a lot of other insurance companies as well.
