Just love the styling of the clothes so you can really see well before you buy. My orders arrived promptly in lovely packaging and the returns procedure is so easy to understand - not that I've used it as all my purchases have been so fabulous and lovely quality. Have also joined the Loyalty programme so I can gain my points and more great offers. Just a lovely way to shop for my clothes. Thank you K&K.

Jul 12,2024The Returns policy and process for this company is very poor. Returns take far too long and therefore refunds too. What needs to happen is that Returns and Refunds must be the priority. The first rule of marketing and customer service is that you look after your existing customers first, put them second at your peril. It costs a business 10 times more to gain new customers as it does to keep existing ones. You may have a business at present but you will not in the future. Also, you MUST invest in digital transformation - your online system is very poor.
