Jul 11,2024Quality is poor and I was extremely disappointed as the clothes are not budget price. It was my first order and dispatch and delivery wasn’t overly quick. Not one of the four items was worth keeping but I had to pay myself to return which was over £5. I’m still waiting to be refunded so I don’t suppose they rush with that either. Won’t be ordering again.

Immediately the lovely lady shot down to their warehouse, cancelled my order and made a new one. So, so helpful and kind. Received my super white Pinns jeggings a few days later. Thank you. Xxxx

Jul 10,2024I’m not happy the last 3 parcels have been left outside someone else’s house , the parcel clearly has my name & house name on wich the delivery person isn’t looking At properly& another time the driver said there was knobody home , when my husband was working out the front of house all day , so we would have been there , It was obvious he hadn’t attempted to try & deliver my parcel … it does make me hesitant to carry on ordering from you …. I don’t have this trouble from anyone else delivering!!!! 🤷♀️

Jul 10,2024Ordering and delivery was OK - no problem. However the top I had ordered was poor quality with some raw edges. The colour was insipid - not what I had expected at all and the top was huge with no shape. I used to order frequently from K&K but I have become disappointed and won’t be looking to buy from them again. I can purchase better quality clothing from other online companies less costly and these companies don’t charge for returns as well as a delivery charge as K&K do.

Jul 10,2024Quality of the clothes were okay however sizing 8 to 20, 8 to 22 etc doesn't work. I purchased a number of items and non of them fitted and I'm usually a size 20. Trousers tight on the legs or tight in hips putting them on. Purchased a top that was ine size and it was huge! Everything I purchased I had to return.
