Oct 19,2024I ordered 8 items from K&K recently, which have been delivered to me so far in three stages, with one item still outstanding. I have never experienced such staggered deliveries with any other company, who tend to deliver all items together. In addition, part of the packaging on one item was ripped, exposing the material which had become stained as a result. I called your customer service desk regarding this issue and mentioned another problem with the addressee name at the same time. I found your assistant extremely overwhelming to interact with; she seemed determined to talk over me as much as possible rather than to listen. She also appeared convinced that she knew my situation better than I did and repeatedly told me this. It wasn't until I voiced my displeasure at being treated in this way that she finally let me speak. All in all, I have found K&K exhausting to deal with, which is a shame because I like your clothes. However, in future I will stick to companies who I know provide good customer service and where my items are delivered intact. P.S. Your lack of interest in responding to my review confirms that I've made the right decision.

Sep 24,2024I purchased two cord dresses £52 each. They are just "okay" The cord is very thin and they are very overpriced. I could have got them at a local market for half of what I paid. So disappointed in the quality.

Sep 14,2024I get emails...and you can spend a good half hour going through all the clothing but you fall in love with all of it and particularly the cost. People always remark on the unique colours of my tops and sweaters and ask where I got them and I always tell them. Long live KitandKaboodle.

Sep 14,2024I love shopping at K&K. The clothing is beautiful they do them in larger sizes that are pretty and very modern not fuddy duddy. When I need help the staff will bend over backwards to help and are very kind. Thank you K&K! 1 negative I can't stop buying lol x

Sep 13,2024Great at speedy delivery but really slow to refund you and no acknowledgement that your item has been received back and being processed. I returned an item on 29/08 and have proof they received 2 days later. My account does not show this and im still waiting for a refund which they won’t let me chase until after 14 days.

Sep 13,2024Unfortunately the top I ordered was nothing like the picture on the Internet. I ordered what I thought was the colour Taupe, what came was a khaki green and the material was shiny, synthetic and cheap looking. Very disappointed, I returned it immediately

Oct 28,2024I placed an order for three items which arrived speedily…that was the good news. Sadly I have returned all of them. The quality of the garments was shocking. A cheetah print coat was not even hemmed on the sleeves. The fabric was cut wonkily with raw crooked edges on the lapels. It was just awful. I could never have worn it as it would have been impossible to hide the raw edges with the lining sticking out over the cheetah fabric. The denim trousers were very long and had loose threads ..badly finished. The jumper did not look like the one photographed and was disappointingly thin. I had read reviews and thought the company was selling quality clothing. Sadly it’s another fast fashion company selling poorly made clothes. Annoyingly I have had to pay to return the items which seems unfair when the garments were so shoddy.
