Jun 22,2024A really nice top with ruffle did not suit me. However good quality I did not receive any paperwork with my order or get a refund label. I went on line but you have to pay yourself to send by tracking costs £8 as they recommend. Too expensive for another mistake won’t be ordering again

Jun 19,2024UPDATE as soon as this review was published I finally got a reply. Apparently the return is not even confirmed until they open the package. As they are currently working on parcels received two weeks ago mine may not be found for a couple of days let alone refunded! The whole returns process is a shambles, it's prohibitively expensive (£9.95 for 2 dresses) and not remotely customer focussed - lesson learned. Other companies provide a much more streamlined, secure and faster returns service. I have been very happy in the past with my purchases but customer service is very poor. I returned two dresses, at great expense, using recorded delivery as advised. My return was received by them, more than a week ago - signed for and photographic evidence provided - but I've had no acknowledgement, no reply to my request for confirmation sent five days ago and no refund. The whole returns process seems shady and the lack of communication is alarming. Their products are comfortable and reasonably good value but I'm not sure I'd take the chance of buying again.
