Mar 04,2019Overall I am disappointed with the quality of the kitchen units I received. I placed my order with Kitchen Collection because I was recommended by a friend who previously bought from them and said the quality was good. The website states that "At Kitchen Collection exceptional quality comes as standard." This has not been my experience. It's a nice style and colour kitchen and on the plus side they were good initially in responding to my complaints and organising to replace damaged goods without quibble. However, I have been surprised and disappointed by the level of damaged goods delivered. A third of the units/panels I ordered were damaged. Some of these were minor damage but 2 units units were badly damaged and unusable, one of which I am still waiting for a replacement a month later. My problems were compounded on two occasions when replacement parts arrived and were the wrong size or type. This has had a big knock on effect as the works are otherwise completed and I have had to re-book my kitchen fitters to come back which has cost me extra and was money wasted. I will have to pay them again when I do get the final replacements. It's a month later, I am still waiting for two replacements for damage, but I have no date or idea of when they will arrive and I have an unresolved issue of a drawer that doesn't fully shut that I have been told is "adjustable" but isn't.

Jan 03,2019We have bought two kitchens from Kitchen Collection now.The same high standard and amazing price on both occasions.Very helpful delivery driver well packaged no damages.Easy to fit my son helped me to lift the units in place and adjust the legs then granite templated and fitted.The builder who built the extention where the kitchen is was impressed at the price and quality and i think you will be hearing from him in the near future.Thanks for all your help.

Oct 01,2018We are very pleased with the kitchen, the quality of the units is great and the pricing very competitive. There were one or two quality control issues like shelves missing but these were fixed quickly. Being able to order the white goods, taps and sink from the website was helpful and pricing good. It's important to have a design and know what you need but if you need to order extras that's not a problem. Our kitchen Fitter was pleased with the ease of the fitting. The team who fitted our worktops were great. They were efficient, professional and organised and very nice people, who came in a got on with the job and sorted problems without a fuss. I certainly feel we have a bespoke kitchen at a fraction of the price.

Aug 17,2018The kitchen on the whole is ok but we had huge problems with damaged doors on delivery. This has caused delay and I have now lost the kitchen fitter for 5 weeks as he has gone on to do another job. All in all 6 attempts before we finally received the integrated fridge door intact! I spoke to a "manager" who was overly polite to the point of facetiousness as well as patronising with over use of my name. He refused to take responsibility blaming the courier, when I asked for their contact details he refused. I now have to bear the costs of the kitchen fitter returning to fit the final doors with the company not interested in my problem

Aug 16,2018We had an extremely stressful experience dealing with Kitchen Collection (kitchencollection.co.uk). The kitchen was ordered at the start of December 2017 but was not completed until March 2018! All that time we were without a hob and oven to cook on. Initially the service was good up until the point we paid (over £5000) and then the problems started: - The order was delayed and kitchen was not delivered on the date proposed. - The oven housing and the top boxes were the wrong dimensions (their error). - Draw fronts were missing and not attached to some cabinets. All this cost us more in installation because the kitchen fitter couldn't do his job. It was a 'battle' to get everything to be delivered correctly. - The oven housing was re-delivered and was the wrong size, again! - The doors were delayed and some delivered the wrong size More delays - more cost! We had to constantly chase Kitchen Collection by email and phone and the number ran into double figures. We would be told they would call us back, then no response. We purchased the kitchen as ready assembled and easy to fit and in the end we had to customise it with what we had been supplied. Overall an extremely stressful experience with Kitchen Collection and we would NEVER buy from them again or can recommend anyone to use them.

Mar 23,2019Kitchen collection was reccomended to us by two friends who used them.Once we had got our heads around how they work we have been really pleased. A breath of fresh air to deal with.The guys in the showroom always happy to give a balanced view on things with no hard sell .The end result is a beautiful kitchen that actually came out well under budget .
