Jul 26,2021Great service, and good communication from the team at kitu Kali in the run up to receiving my shoes. The shoes themselves are surprisingly sturdy, with very solid big soles on them, so I reckon you'd be able to wear them year round, although I haven't tested that yet. There was even a face mask free with my order! Will definitely be using kitu Kali again :)

Jul 24,2021Actually, I'm not such a big fan of shoes, even though I'm a woman. I was immediately taken with your shoes (seen on Instagram). The route the two pairs took was a bit complicated, but considering that there is no such well-functioning postal service between Kenya and Zanzibar, everything worked out great. Now I had to decide today which one to wear first, oh just wear them both alternately. I say to you today: Asante sana, I wish you a lot of success with your workshop and maybe someone from your team has time to design "flipflops", Greetings to the Kitu Kali team.

Jul 22,2021The color was as vibrant as expected, the quality is very good. None of the shoes fit me because of it being very narrow. I recommend the product for really narrow feet, and if you are medium or wide you have order one size up.

Jul 20,2021My second purchase - my first pair are very comfortable and much admired. Bought two more pairs…. They’ve arrived as quickly as before, though I did miss them being stuffed with Kenyan newspapers (was a nice touch, do it again). Packaging was better this time. Looking forward to hearing my colleagues comments next week…… Will buy more!

Jul 20,2021Fabulous shoes. Fabulous mask. Delivered as ordered and promptly. Love 'em. I ordered women's shoes, size 41. They are shallow over the bridge of the foot, so if you have "tall" feet, you might wish to see if a man's shoe is bigger at that point. Luckily, my feet are narrow, so these new belongings will be shown off at the next BBQ event!

Jul 13,2021This was my first time purchasing shoes from Kitu Kali but I was inspired by the ethics of the organisation in empowering struggling craftsmen from the Nairobi slums. Also that some recycled materials are used in the manufacture. The shoes themselves are certainly different & are of much better quality than I had expected. The designs are unique & they are comfortable to wear. I can thoroughly recommend Kitu Kali.
