Mar 31,2024Was looking around to find someone to help with my bikes puncture, I found the website very useful and the leave a message part was brilliant. Ben got back to my right away and helped me book a time slot which worked in with me. Once there it was nice to have a friendly service and fixed my bike. The price was great as well, I will be back again to use this great little shop again. Many thanks for your great help

Mar 18,2024Took my sons bike to another 'reputable' dealer first who wanted an extortionate amount of money for repairs. Looked up KL cycles and took a chance. Initially quoted half the price for the work from the first dealer but then called to say he didn't need to replace a part so it would be even cheaper. I can't thank them enough.

Mar 03,2023Finally somewhere close to Mildenhall to get your bike serviced/repaired. They collected my bike from my work place and delivered back to my home address. Bike feels like new again ! Will for sure use them again.

Some news parts and a good service.. really happy. Bliss & Joy! Thanks Dan and Ben! Now the tandem is fixed I best give up beans for breakfast!

Jul 08,2022Puts faith back in to you that small local businesses are better than the big companies. They cured a grinding noise from the gears and replaced the pedals, and didn’t charge the earth. Perfect service, friendly, knowledgeable and above all else so reasonably priced. I can’t recommend KL Cycles highly enough.

Apr 28,2022I wasnt sure on ordering the Lun hypers myself with all the import tax vat etc despite having the itch to experience the Lun wheels hype (we all know the other brand prices). Went nuts & took a dive when the black edition Hyper came out (not listed on the website). Ben was helpful & managed to get a set for me (they were out of stock on the winspace website). I did have my doubts if the wheels are ever going to arrive but Ben updated me regularly on the progress until the day those fantastic looking wheels arrived at my doorstep. Cant ask for a better service! #newwheelday

The turn around time was much better than I’d have expected and the aftercare through messages to check that I was happy with everything was above and beyond what I’ve received anywhere else. Will be returning to them for all my bike work in the future as I also found their pricing very fair for the service and treatment you receive.

Mar 31,2024I bought a set of hyper 23 rim brakes. First up the wheels are great, and super good value. 1250 for wheels like that, and new, is excellent. Light, sharp, comfortable. Second up, I needed them for a trip on a short timetable. Ben negotiated with the (Chinese) company to get them in quick. And then the shop fitted the tyres (tubeless), cassette, etc. so out of the box, I just had to put the skewers on and that was it. All trouble free and great value
