Sep 06,2023The email updates were not correct or accurate. I placed an order for one book on 8/16, and then I received a notification on 8/22 that my book was not even in the warehouse and there would be a delay. The day later on 8/23, I got an email that my book was delivered to my home (in reality, it was not). I was very confused when I was notified that my book arrived and was unsure of how to proceed, as the delivery email only gave me a link to look at my order and did not provide any contact information to call/email with question. I then received an email on 8/26 asking for my feedback about my experience with Knetbooks, when I still had not received my book. I received no other email communication about my order after that. My book ended up arriving days later, and I'm happy it showed up, but I wish the communication was accurate.

Sep 05,2023If I can give 0 stars I would. The site fails to tell you that they order their materials from another source so the shipping time is once they receive the book from that source, undetermined amount of time, and then it is 5 days shipping once received. I paid expedited shipping on 8/25 and after reaching out 2 times they stated it would be here on 9/4 but it did not arrive. I received this email to rate my experience and I have not even received my book. If you order from here it will be AT LEAST 2-3 weeks before you will get your book.

Sep 03,2023I was a little skeptic using this site but I needed a textbook and on Amazon, it costed nearly $100 just to purchase and renting with Knetbooks was a fraction of that price and it came in the mail within less than a week of me renting it. Very happy!

Sep 03,2023My experience was not so good since I paid for a one-day delivery and they arrived after two days, 3 and 4 or 5 days later and the books were urgent and they did not arrive together. For the time it took to arrive, I paid less money or I would have ordered them in a place that only took 2 days to arrive. They charge for a shipping day and last longer.
