Jul 16,2020Let me start off by saying, only thing positive is that my books was received through this pandemic. However, I will not recommended them to anyone. I was charged $350 for late books, with the option of 50 percent of my money back if I returned them by a certain date;I was only a couple days late returning the books: Again, these are used books and are overpriced as if we are not struggling college students. Moreover, I reached out to someone and it’s going on two weeks, I haven’t heard anything back.Again, I was a couple days late returning my books due to the fact of the pandemic, locating stores, and looting, which cause several stores to closed down in my area and further. I believe the policy should be adjusted, most likely , college students are purchasing these books. They charge full price for used textbooks. Even other sites doesn’t charged this much, especially for used textbooks. I don’t recommend if your a college student trying to save a little extra money. Customer service could be improved. I’m still waiting on a refund or to even hear back from someone. You would think the company would be more understanding due to everything that’s going on in the world. It’s upsetting to spend your money with a company who doesn’t take world crises into consideration before charging your card a very high amount. I don’t recommend.

Jul 22,2020Ordered a book from their website that clearly stated "w/Supersite Code". When the book arrived it did not include a Supersite Code. Company is now trying to point to fine print that states all books may not include supplemental materials. I read that, but because the description of the item specifically stated "w/Supersite Code" I mistakenly took them at their word. Deceptive Company. Stay away!
