Jan 21,2021Ordered 2 books, took 8 days to arrive with expedited shipping. Had to order books from another company so that I could have them on-time for my class. There are plenty of other companies out there that can get you your books quicker. Customer service is quick, however not into helping. I say this because I had to return these books they day they came in and they kept my shipping money, plus charged a restocking fee. I totally agree with the restocking fee, but keeping the expedited shipping money? Come on.
