Jul 06,2021I shop at the Anaheim location and they always are happy to see people everybody there make sure to say hi to somebody that walks in. they work as a team and are very helpful. If I’m asking about a product and the person I’m dealing with is looking up the price for me and somebody else is not busy they’ll run and grab it and drop it off so I can see what I’m looking at. I really like that everybody there seems to be about customer service

Jul 06,2021When I went to pickup my online order, they said we don’t have the part you ordered. I asked why didn’t anyone call me? I put the order in 3 days ago! I drove 25min to North Hollywood pickup my order and had to cancel my appointment with my client that day. I lost about 1/2 day. From now I will call them before I go for online orders. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. You need to be more proactive about your online inventory.

Jun 26,2021Your crew in NOHO is the best in customer service. Arsen is always going the extra mile to get my orders processed and out the door. Arthur is also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ed also very helpful and always get's me on my way with my product. Steve is the best tech support and has never let me down. Always called back and followed up on tech questions. Luis is great and can be a good reference for any product questions. Glendale, L.A., and Woodland hills stores are also very good and i wish Sylmar store was still open because it was close to my house. You have great stores and best customer service. Efren Ramirez

Mar 03,2021we were trying to be a dealer via you . has a $35,000 order ready to go. no credit , all upfront money. your application dept refused. that was pretty arogant . we deal in electronics and other merchandise . i reached out to your applications dept and never got a return call. yes , you may be rocking now but there are ups and downs in business. big mistake.
