Ripped off band
Jun 25,2024This company steals designs from others and prints them on horrible shirts. They are selling knockoff/bootleg shirts of my band and tons of others without official permission. This company is criminal and it's being investigated.

May 01,2024My order says it has been delivered on their website, but when checed on DHL it states it’s an invalid tracking number… so clearly it fake tracking number. There is little to no customer service.

Dec 03,2023Over 6 months later, still never received my shirt. Not only was it not delivered to the right address, somehow it ended up at the post office instead and someone else picked it up. I never got my shirt and they said that they won't send another unless I file a police report, obviously the cops won't waste their time on that. I still never got my shirt and I'm so beyond disgusted with the way ive been treated by this company.

Sep 15,2023The policy says they cannot cancel orders once they've reached production. Their site has updates you can look at to see the progress, and mine was not in production yet. I tried contacting them all day thru email and phone. They finally got back to me the next day and said it was too late and the policy "clearly states cancelation requests have to be made within 12 hours and we cannot refund your money." Actually, it says "typically our vendors start production within 12 hours." Not that cancelation requests have to be made within 12 hours. It just says they cannot be made once your order is in production, and their own site said it was not in production the entire day I was trying to contact them. Their site says once it reaches production, they told me within 12 hours of purchase, and in a reply to someone's review on here, they said within 24 hours. Which is it??? Thankfully PayPal covered my refund for me since the thieves at krissgloss would not

Jun 09,2023I purchased a T shirt based on their sizing chart, the shirt arrived and was too small. They refused to exchange it for a larger size and said it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. Will never do business with this company again.

Mar 31,2023The so called "100% cotton" shirts are not soft or comfortable as one would expect a cotton shirt to be, and are instead very rough and brittle. Black shirts have a sort of a green tint to them and are also incredibly rough and uncomfortable. However the designs on this website are very nice and hard to find anywhere else, I just wish the clothing wasn't made of such a rough material, and I wish that there were a "fitted" option for shirts because the sleeves bulge out and leave empty space. I purchased three shirts from this site, they all arrived on time and I had no trouble with shipping but they all feel extremely rough in comparison to other "100% cotton" shirts that I purchased from other sites. I recommend this site if you're looking for cool designs but prepare to be uncomfortable for the entire day.

Mar 19,2023I went with the more expensive "premium" quality shirt and it's just trash! The shirt itself is not premium quality. You can see thru it, the pictures printed on it are blurry and you can tell was cheaply printed on it. I'm very unsatisfied. Will never order a shirt from this place again!!! Dollar store quality for 37$ is crazy.. at least print your bad images on a Gildan. Your response didn't go unnoticed. I'll update if you send a replacement package like you said. Also if you say that shirt is a GILDAN your selling knockoffs because I've never felt such poor quality GILDAN. You lied in your response as well. Customer service said I received my package. Nothing more🤣 your business is a joke

Feb 12,2025Poor measurements and zero willingness to swap a brand new item for one of the same design in a different size. I offered to pay all shipping and they refused to help. Don't assume sizing. Make sure you confirm with them before ordering. They will not help after the fact.
