May 22,2023Emma from the customer care team was ridiculously helpful. I emailed them to say that 7-10 working days was the only option they had for shipping, and it wouldn't work for us, as we needed a new mattress sooner. Emma spoke to the warehouse directly and got them to do Express shipping. No extra charge. The mattress arrived within 2 days, which fitted perfectly in the time frame we had to move our little one to his new room. Thanks, All! Also, Emma should get a raise for sure.
