Jul 13,2020I would like to return this product. The padding is very noisy when you rock causing more distress when trying to put baby to sleep. The chair does not rock very effectively unless you use a lot of force on your legs, rendering it impractical for use. Could someone call me so I can arrange a return?

Jul 10,2020It started out good as they kindly refunded me 10% of my order as I purchased the rocking chair one day before the promotion started. However, then we received & built the chair, it had a creak on the left arm. Not great when trying to rock baby to sleep! Emailed customer support but no response. I managed to fix the creak but don’t know how long this would last. Aftercare service needs improvement.

I ordered a tuff tray and stand on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday, which would be excellent even without the current circumstances, particularly as delivery was free. I’m really pleased with the product itself, it appears to be great quality. The free vehicles are also gorgeous and excellent quality. Packaging was minimal and responsible, and the delivery adhered to social distancing. Thank you for providing such an excellent service.

Such a brilliant product, we had to get it out straight away and the kids had loads of messy fun, first with sand and then shaving foam chaos with added dinosaurs. Being able to use it inside is such a plus point and it can remain in our playroom for easy use whenever the creativity strikes. Cleaning it was so easy. Delivery was swift and it was well packaged.

Jun 09,2020Always known trays to be the same size so was surprised when it turned up almost half the size of normal trays! When asked to send back was informed it would cost £20 to collect it..... very disappointing. No idea where the message was sent to as not in email, text or online.
