Dec 06,2019Excellent service. Unfortunately, we are not able to use the product purchased for Hydroponic farming because there was coloring added to the product. I used a different vendor to reorder with a higher level of the acid. Not sure that I would order again without asking for the specs, first.

Oct 30,2019Pricing was good on equipment i ordered, but once the order was placed i had to call several times to receive any shipping information. The first time they indicated it shipped, but could not provide a tracking number, the second and third times they were checking on it, and finally the fourth time they were able to provide tracking information on the equipment.

I ordered the wrong lamps, emailed them about my mistake, per there policy I contacted the team .. and Nathan informed me after a lengthy time and a lot of emails he told me that management had rejected my request! I wasn’t asking for a refund I just wanted some store credits ... Which would allow me to spend the money.I will never shop with them again! And I making sure the other growers know my pain
