Hayley Jones who was our point of call was very helpful, courteous and patient at all times. There were some glitches along the way which were beyond our control but thanks to Hayley’s professionalism we were able to see it through. It goes without saying that if we ever require the services of an estate agents we will contact Hayley and her team.

I originally met Lee for a viewing who recommended another place for me where I was then able to deal with Harry. Harry has been amazing from start to finish of the process and has been so helpful whenever I have any questions!

Harry is the best lettings negotiator I interacted with to this day, unbelievable!! Other agencies take note, regarding your horrific practices and service towards tenants, you may learn a thing or two from Lamb & Co, how to be professional and helpful, this is how it’s done.

Nothing is too much trouble. Lee is so personable and trustworthy I find it easy to recommend them as a great letting agent you can trust to give you excellent bespoke service.

Apr 01,2022We were very happy with the sales team at Lamb & Co. Tony and Charlie in particular were both very helpful and made the whole process a lot easier. Two points: 1) It would be great if they could start a phone call with "Everything is going fine, just wanted to....." as this would have prevented me having a panic each time they called, worrying something had happened! 2) The Conveyancing team made us feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we called to ask how our sale was progressing. It would have been nice if they kept us more in the loop.
