If we had any queries, we contacted a very helpful lady named Caitlin, who was able to keep us in the loop at all times. We were nicely surprised with a big bottle of bubbly when collecting the keys 🔑. Nice thought, which was much appreciated. 🤩. Keep up the good work !

Nov 25,2021Well what could i say about my experiences with Lamb and Co estate agents.After going into three other estate agents in Clacton-on-Sea i found Lamb and Co are the best to go and see.They present themselves very well and make you feel very comfortable throughout dealing with you.They always keep you updated on how things are progressing so with my move going into my new rented property going smoothly i highly recommended using Lamb and Co anytime.

Oct 29,2021We've just moved into a rental property advertised and managed by Lamb & Co. Having rented for many years, I have to say, Lamb & Co, have been the most efficient and attentive estate agent I've ever dealt with. When I initially rang to enquire about the property, it had just been taken off the market. The conversation could have just ended there, but Harry, seeing the bigger picture, took our details, just in case anything else came up or things fell through with the prospective tenants (which they did). From then on Harry was on it! He got us in to see the property ASAP and when our application was accepted, Harry frequently contacted us, sometimes outside of work hours to ensure, things kept progressing towards our move-in date. Throughout the process, Harry was friendly, very helpful, and went above and beyond for us especially with regards to the inventory which took him a long time to put together as Lamb & Co did not hold the keys to the property when the landlord was away on Holiday. All the little niggles you find when you move into a property, Harry has sorted, quickly and all with a smile! I cannot thank Harry, enough for his professionalism, guiding us through the process, consistently keeping his promises and all his hard work. Coral and her impeccable customer service at the tenancy signing and her sweet little handwritten card deserve an honourable mention also. If these guys are a marker for how the rest of the Lamb & Co team work, then I wouldn't use any other Estate Agent in Clacton on Sea.
