Jan 16,2025the guy taking my renewal was good and to the point,exactly what i wanted as this was a renewal. The policy is good and i have been with the company for a few years. What i do not like is the constant phone calls to renew. I received my new quote at the end of the december. For 3 times a day until i renewed yesterday, the phone kept ringing. Now, policy was due at the end of January. I am an adult and do not need constant badgering to renew. The thing is last year i told the company about this but they still keep doing it,not very professional.

Jan 15,2025I have been to several other insurance companies for an insurance quote. They refused to accept my NCD for different cars acquired from separate insurance policies. Lancaster accepted the individual NCD accumulated for those two cars. The price for a Multi Car Insurance was very competitive and the service was excellent.
