They worked with my prospective tennant to collect all of her necessary information. As soon as the screening was complete, they notified me. This is a great service and I appreciate their professionalism and timely response.

Feb 09,2017I love screening tenants on Landlord Station - it's very easy for tenants and myself to use. The reports are in very fast. However, my last person I screened told me he had a felony seven years ago, but it did not show up on the report.

We use their prescreening services which have successfully identified red flags on applications, we would have likely missed with simple phone calls. We also find their blog and information presented in the "Landlord Community" very useful. Lastly, the few times I have had questions or concerns, they were adressed within hours. Great company and heartily recommended.
