Aug 14,2024It's stated a Miami Board member receives one free report per month. I logged in from the Miami Board and was still given a run around as to whether I belonged to the Miami Board. And still have not received my credit. Reports are great and timely. Customer Service not so great.

Jun 30,2024I did get a response with a solution. But part of the problem is Landlord station is on east coast time and so if I have an issue in the late afternoon I have to wait for an answer. Also I asked the help person an additional question and still have not received an answer. So I might need to restart the communication. Landlord station has this quirk that if the person never does their credit check your money is in limbo and never used. I asked for my money back in this last question to the help person but no response.

May 03,2024Landlord Station Alpharetta GA USA SOLD my private personal information to third party sites and these sites put my HOME address on blast for anyone to find. Maybe that's not a big deal for some, but for others who have stalkers, its a very big deal. For my safety I had to go with a completely different rental than the one I applied for thru LandlordStation, and moved elsewhere with the hopes that my stalker was unaware of my previous home address. Oh, LandlordStation also keeps your credit card information and "annually" charges it for future applications regardless of a person actually moving or using the application?
