Jun 03,2022The order was lost and had to be reordered. It was good that it was done at the cost of Lanyard Factory but it meant the lanyards came late. Appreciate support in getting them in the end. Maybe different couriers are needed.

The courier then delivered the order to the wrong house, and we still haven't received a refund for our order. We are being told we have to return the order to the warehouse first, although we never received the order.
