As a suggestion it might be good to explain that some parts are interchangeable to save customer having to go back to post sales. Also, mounting tapes etc. Could be sold if there was a “customers also bought” section. Apart from that, great service.

Made my niece happy to have the laptop back, yet business wise the price it to high for something that doesn't meet originals characteristics.
