We required a very specific type of mortgage one which the standard lenders would't consider but large mortgageloans.com found us a mortgage and were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for a mortgage broker, especially if your requirements are a wee bit non-standard.

Largemortgages have been very helpful, my Broker Paul Fredricks was extremely excellent in supporting me through the whole process. Unfortunately I did not receive the whole amount that I was looking to borrow however they did their very best in fighting my case and I appreciate that. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone looking to get a mortgage and would definitely use their services again.

I am new to property and was not sure about where to get finance for my property. I inquired on solutions to finance my project around 350k and from the first contact till the offer came through my mortgage advisor Daniel Gracie was excellent. Daniel and Jennifer were FANTASTIC!!!! I have used Daniel Gracie's services before and would highly recommend his services to all. Dan is always professional, easily accessible, very efficient and no question we asked was stupid. Our re-mortgage ran smoothly within the allocated time scale, with no delays or worries. Jennifer Moodie was a pleasure to work with also, handling all our extra queries and documentation and she was always readily available. Our life insurance policy was also updated by Dan, with no issues and completed over the phone with ease. I have already recommended Dan to my friends and family members and will carry on doing so. Aimee was incredible. My situation was difficult (no employment contract but lots of assets) but she managed to find me a lender at a decent rate with reasonable conditions. She delivered on her promises all the way and ensured I was on top of the admin from my end (and her team were ahead of me on their part all the way). 2nd time I have used these guys now and I have recommended to plenty of friends.
