Feb 14,2025Dear Sir or Madam, the goods took some time to get through customs and for UPS to deliver. The goods ordered are of great quality and look very cleanly made. Unfortunately, the recommended size does not match the German size at all. The specified D42 is a maximum of a D38!!!! and unfortunately not suitable for my wife. As the workmanship and quality are very good, I will sell the goods on. Thank you for your product. I would be happy to order again if I find a suitable size. Greetings from Berlin.

Feb 14,2025Ich hab einen Anzug bestellt und auch bekommen leider viel zu klein, trotz ausmessen laut vorgegebener Größentabelle. Ich habe dann das Packet zurück geschickt und jetzt verweigern sie die Annahme bei Ups obwohl ausgemacht war das ich es zurück schicke und ich dann einen neuen Anzug zugeschickt bekomme. Da weil hab ich noch eine Zoll Rechnung bekommen vom zu mir hin schicken lassen und muss für die Rücksendung muss ich jetz auch nochmal 100€ Zoll bezahlen da sich die Firma nicht meldet und die Zoll Gebühren dann an mich anfallen. Und das zurück schicken genauso viel wieder Kosten würde versuche ich das Geld wieder zurück zu bekommen. Es wird einfach zu Tode geschweigt. Sehr Schade

However, it’s awkward for me to zip up the jacket with the zipper on the left side. Can I get a replacement with the zipper on the right side? Please help resolve my issue. Jan 11,2025They still refuse to refund me. The jacket looks great from far and the size fits perfectly. That's the only star. I worked with in leather factories in Canada. and when we ship a jacket we don't bend it and we wear gloves to pack it. Only made in Inda, Pakistan, or China might do such thing. Majority of real bikers who wear other brands and who saw MotoGP riders and their jackets in person and tried jackets in any northern american or Spanish shop like me will not like such low standard of quality. They refuse to pack it up in a way to not bend the jacket in a small 🎁 tight box. They told me they do it to all jacket. The paint is also bad quality,it can wear off fast. They try to look as american company when they are not. They are from Pakistan and the problem they don't understand American customers quality requirements, reason why their jackets are rare on American race tracks. Actually the Max Biaggi red jacket is a bad copy of a Dianese high quality jacket worn by Max Biaggi from 1998-2000. The protection pads in reality should be bigger and harder and they miss exterior to jacket protection pads on both shoulders. And MotoGP jackets are all made with Kangaroo leather. I wanted to pay them 200$ more to get better quality kangaroo but ignore me and did what they want.I even gave them 20 days and enough time to make it properly.

La réponse est contactée UPS je contacte UPS je tombe sur une dame, la dame me dit, votre colis est reparti et détruit je leur dis pourquoi ils ne l’ont pas laissé dans un point relais elle me dit la société qui vous a vendu le blouson ne voulait pas le déposer dans un relais j’en contact la société la société me dit aux recontacte IPS je UPS mon colis est en Allemagne. Il me dit contacter votre vendeur pour qu’il débloque le colis, je contacte la société la société me dit, je m’en occupe personnellement et mon colis se retrouver à Dubaï je les appelle et la société qui m’a vendu mon blouson et mes gants pour plus de 400 € me dit c’est vous qui n’avez pas voulu votre colis moi j’ai quelques conseils à vous donner ne contacte pas cette société parce qu’il se …de votre gueule, j’ai demandé un remboursement c’est négatif voilà démerdez-vous donc vous qui m’avez vendu un blouson une paire de gants que je reverrai jamais, vous avez bien gardé mon argent quand même. Et sachez qu’il y a d’autres entreprises qui vendent des bâtons et des gants de Mozart préférée. Réfléchissez bien à votre contacter cette société. Cordialement
