Mar 05,2024Pants seem to be well made however they barely fit. Not enough room in legs to bend knees. Won't fit over jeans like I asked. Options paid for (removable lining and knee protection) not delivered. Attempted communication yielded no results.

Unfortunately, after wearing your shoes merely three times, the soles detached, and the straps broke. This unacceptable durability has left me frustrated and questioning the value of your products.Its happened to all of the products I've bought in past still being a loyal customer considering it being my favourite place to shop at but now I have no trust that I can rely on your products ANYMORE For a brand that prides itself on quality and craftsmanship, the rapid deterioration of your shoes is not only inconvenient but also contradicts the premium image you portray. I had anticipated a longer lifespan given the investment in your footwear, but the reality has been disappointing. I urge you to address these quality issues promptly, as it is disheartening to invest in a supposedly reputable brand only to encounter such significant problems. I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take steps to improve the durability of your products. Extremely disappointed with your products
