Feb 13,2025The people I've dealt with are helpful and very professional. They always get back to my emails, in a decent window. Any issue and it's dealt with there and then. They offer pre-ordering of certain things which is epic. Everything ive received has been boxed (appropriate size) in brand new, unbranded, sturdy, plain cardboard boxes and have been packaged properly... good use of space so theres little movement with just a good amount of filler material. I cannot commend enough whomever packed my stuff, some decent thought went into that. Plus I've appreciated the wee good quality trinkets thrown in from time to time in larger orders (they are useable and I do daily). The only time their price was beaten for me was when amazon had a promotion with a significant discount at xmas, and it was really only 3 things out of a 20 or so line order. Apart from that one time... if someone was a few quid less I'd still go to LGS because I know the service I'm going to get and thats worth it.

Nov 22,2024I bought one cable for temperature and humidity readings. They scammers charged me for return!!! Originally paid £26, but scammers deducted FEES.... I got back only fuc...g £12. The gave HUGE unfair fees for returns. Thi is against consumer protection law and I will go further with court case I xan easily win ( that's what my loyer will do to them)

Nov 14,2024Astonished ! Placed order 9:00am had equipment up and running 8:am next day. Product well packed, clean, robust. I forgot to sort out my discount code but hey I can do it when I order some more gear in the very near future. Quality equipment to be found at LED GROW SHOP !

Best company i have dealt with on this journey ( and there has been a few ), won't go anywhere else from now on. Thanks Harry, if you are not a manager with that level of customer service, you must have some amazing Managers!!

It’s serious bit of kit and really cool to have a UK stockist. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and we will pretty much guaranteed be using them again. Sep 13,2024This company has no customer service, I have been lied to and accused breaking something that is a technical fault after two months of operation. I expected better from an Ac Infinity stockest but they wouldn't accept returns and clearly have no knowledge of what they are selling by the Google search help I have received. Now I am left with faulty goods that I can not operate. If you are looking for grow equipment definitely look else where. Blaming me for not setting something up correctly while you have no understanding or knowledge of the product you are selling and then ask to send it back so yous can look at it is not happening. This is a very accurate description of your business, not to be trusted. I have contacted the manufacturer of the products as the service you provided is simply Google searches is not good enough. Same I have to give 1 star. THIS BUSINESS IS A STEP ABOVE A SCAM
