Sep 13,2024VERY INFORMATIVE It was an eye opening, I use to only imagine this (how come nobody offer this kind of hard money lending… ????) Exactly the way COBO does i; It has always been in my mind for the past 15 yrs . I have always wanted to do real estate but capital is just too high. Back to the program : 🙂 the Coachs Mr and Mrs Wolfe excellent teachers you can tell that they are good mentors they remain focus even when the whole group was off camera in the end … their energy did not change , I was off camera but I was listening and watching…great work

Sep 12,2024It was splendid, I love the state of the arts presentation. The duo were excellent. Though I had hiccups in attendance due to my poor network.it was going on and off. Would you be kind to send the recorded video to the attendees? I would be glad you did. I must confess as a newbie, the simplicity made it hard. That's is mind perspective. My mind was raving between the kindness and the emergence of technology to put all the folio in that format. They reason I must have a recording for a replay. I thank Mr Lee and the entire team for good work, hard work and the saddling commitment to make us all responsive to the Real Estate state perfectionist handlers. My esteem regards.
